I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but the price was on the higher side. The service, though, was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly friendly and attentive.
Rooms
8.0
The room I booked for myself was large and roomy with good amenities. It was passably clean.
Service
9.0
The service I received was tremendously friendly, more like an old friend than just someone checking you in. They seemed to care more than the owner.
Location
9.0
The location was great, right off the main street, close to excellent restaurants and shops. It was ideal for a night stop on my way to San Francisco from Yosemite National Park.
Dining
8.0
I went to the cafe down the road, and it offered a very good breakfast. As a woman traveling alone, I felt comfortable dining there.
Facilities
7.0
There was a good and fast Wi-Fi available, and I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub.

7.0/10
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was basic with older TV's but well maintained, which was a downside. The cleanliness was passable but not great, and it looked a bit occupied. However, the location was fantastic right in the heart of downtown Jamestown, and the service was a bit of a hit or miss with some helpful gestures like carrying our bags, yet also some unhelpful experiences like dealing with a credit card issue. Dining options were a bit limited and pricey, but the overall stay was saved by the charming location.

The rooms were basic with older TV's but well maintained. They were passable clean but not very tidy and looked a bit occupied on the second day of our stay.
Service
7.0
The service had everything I needed and was clean. There were helpful gestures like offering to carry our bags up the stairs, but there were also unhelpful moments, like dealing with a credit card company representative on the phone.
Location
9.0
The location was great, right off main street close to great restaurants and little shops, in the heart of downtown Jamestown with ample parking in this charming little town with historical buildings.
Dining
7.0
The dining involved going to a cafe down the road for a very good breakfast. Although it was a bit high in price, it was a very good breakfast cafe.

The facilities were adequate for my needs during the stay.

I found this hotel to be a pleasant surprise with its cleanliness and affordability. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. However, the rooms appeared a bit older than expected. The location was convenient for a stopover near Yosemite, offering easy access to dining and nearby attractions.
